VoD is broke and Turbine can't fix it

2 times in VOD no boss, gm gives us completion but we can't get chest...no information about this prior to getting completion...so don't waste your time with VOD....

Yea, just the other night we did a couple of runs of it on various difficulties. No problems whatsoever.

And we also did three runs three days before, two hards and an elite.

Has this bug been happening a lot for people over the last few weeks? Or even more recent than that?

he didn't spawn two times in a row this morning, the second time we had a ticket put in, someone used a cake so we could rebuff when the gm said they could spawn the devil....
