If I spec on maxing my turn undead ability with feats/enchancement/spells/item can you possibly destroy these undeads with Turn Undead Ability? I have several shards I can use for feat respecs too.
Im thinking of getting my old level 12 cleric to level and use it to loot run the Bloodstone chest.

Never tried, it might be possible, depends sorta on the CHA score of your old cleric. Honestly, your best bet might be to just pick up Maximize or Empower and - as long as you are fear immune - running those undead through your blade barrier. Dropping maximized cometfalls on them works nicely too, as does searing light. And of course, healing them.

A good "Heal" Spell will drop most of the mummy guardians to almost nothing (providing they don't save). The biggest pains are the archers. Their arrows do some nasty damage and they save often.
I think you would have to put so much into your turns to make it work that it would hurt the character in other aspects. Of course if you are just using the character for loot-runs, then have a blast!

I do a lot of solo Bloodstone runs. All you need is quicken, maximize, and empower. A planar gird also helps greatly, because of the GH it gives you. This gives you fear immunity, which is always welcomed.
The buffs you probably want are Fire and Electric resist, Deathward, Spell Resistance, and Nightshield (because of casters throwing force missles).
Just turn on maximize, quicken, and empower. Have at it, bro. If you're on Argo, I'm willing to show you around.

Only a fairly few number of monsters need to be killed for that- most of them you can run right past. Note that the Cometfall spell is helpful to CC a crowd of undead at once, and also can seriously hurt them.
