Umm you didnt notice when you missed evil burst on tier 2? Then you went on to make tier 3?

I got so excited about finishing this darn sword that i knew that i screwed up tier two and just wanted to get a semi-usefull weapon for pvp that i could play with that night since i have to take a 2 week break
