new fighter

so made a human fighter took 16, 14, 16, 8, 10, 8 as my stats took one level of fighter then paladin then a second of fighter. eventually shooting for 13 fighter and 3 paladin with a lot towards THF... what do you think?

can I ask what your motivation was for the paladin levels, as many of the bonuses are based on charisma and you have yours at 8

well took one level at least for the use of wands... beyond that, level three grants that sweet fear/disease immunity and with a +1 charisma tome and a +4 charisma item figured the abilities would still be usefull... also wouldn't I get at least a +1 charisma enhancement from the paladin levels?

Well, an 8 starting CHA from a human can still reach a decent level if you get lucky and take it all the way

CHA 8 +1 pally / +1 Human / +2 tome / +6 item = 18

A more real number is 16 though for most....so +3 to all saves.

Lol... thought we already had this discussion. Do what you want, but.

Wand usage Fear/Disease Immunity are pointless at high levels, and a odd reason to splash. Especially since an easily obtained 2nd tier shroud item gives fear/disease/blindness/poison immunity, and before that you have easy items for such things.

The only reason to splash pally that is valid is for the lay on hands/aura/holysmite (if it works).

I have a feeling your going to be disappointed in the overall effectiveness of your critter there Kotter based on what you told me you wanted to do with him...but lemme know how it works out.
