If i pull a martial slashing paralyzer i'll just send it to you, para's are more or less the weaksauce these days and a lot of folks just vendor them now.

Have you tried the House D vendor? Normally he has a couple of decent Para's in stock. They normally arent even good for charging power cells as they arent typically +8 or better.
