Can u use stance moves armed?

I was wondering if i could use the moves u get with stances while weilding weapons.

I believe only if you are using monk weapons, quarter staff, kama and shurikens

If I remember right, you can... but when you get uncentered your Ki drops really fast until it reaches 0.
