A Question About The Abbott.

First off please do not derail or flame in this thread. I beg of you. Please just try and keep it relevant and level headed.

Ok, here it goes.

We just ran the abbot and beat all 3 puzzles. We had a watcher dead on the platform and when inferno went down we checked our buffs and entered about 30 seconds after it went down. The SECOND we stepped onto the platform the inferno came up and toasted us.

So my question is....

Does he throw infernos in a set interval? How often do we have in between infernos?

Any information concerning the intervals of the inferno would be appreciated. Thank you.

Like any spell, Inferno is on a cooldown timer restricting how soon the Abbot can repeat it. According to a developer, all three of his special spells share the same cooldown (some players don't believe that). Aside from that limitation, he randomly decides which of his 3 specials to use.

30 seconds is consistent with the reports from other players who've tried that raid. (Although it's not unlikely they exaggerated a little to present their own impressions, which may be inaccurate due to the hectic nature of the situation)
