View Full Version : Add NPC,Charmed, and Summons to the Group

Can the dev's please add NPC, Charms, and Summoned pets to the group. It would make quests like Madstone, Hold for Reinforcments, and the Hound so much easier for a cleric. Summons are never really useful except as aggro controllers, the ability to see thier life bar would help a little to make them a little better.

Just thought id through this out there to see if anyone else thins the same way. Id like it even better if you could toggle it on and off.

Thats a pretty cool idea. Would add a whole new dimension to the game as a caster.

Only problem I see with Charms is that you'd get quite a bit of screen clutter with a spell like symbol of persuasion or mass suggestion.

I've seen some Casters that simply arent happy unless they have a medium sized army at their disposal....

If something like this was an optional window, or at least minimizable (like the quest objectives) then it would be bearable for many of us who make large charm parties now and then.

You mean like when stuff like this happens?
...So far, one of my best Symbol of Persuasions has been ensnaring about 47 monsters under my power, all for the cost of 55 SP (quickened/extended)... That would completely fill your screen with health bars!!!

Then create a raid party with a 3 or 4 charming casters and watch your screen go into meltdown! ROFL

I pitty the poor cleric that casts a mass cure spell if that were to ever happen.....the combat log alone would be horrible.

You know how in most RTS games you can press Ctrl+(1-9) to set a group? I'd like to be able to do something similar here. Click on a target, mark it with (as an example)Ctrl+9, and then whenever I press 9, it locks on to that target.

Never going to happen, but it would be cool if you could expand your name and have listed summons with their health bars I agree.

I like the idea of a seperate health bar window for the extra party members. If they allowed it to be toggled off for the meles who could care less about them it would also be great.

The ability to size the window with a scroll feature would take care or the rare encounter when you have 47 charms...lol

Rare? Hehe not for some of us. I'm not happy without 10 to 1 odds in my favor. :)
