Can anyone tell me exactly how to get this feet. Thwe pre req listed is:

Base Attack Bonus +1 or higher

That is the only one listed. I have a level two rogue with a 12 str and 16 dex. The feat is still not in the list.

Rogues don't get a feat at level 2.

You must be attempting to replace your level 1 feat with Weapon Finesse, which is impossible because you did not have BAB 1 when you were level 1.

Are you trying to swap a feat? Last time i checked you cant pick up feats unless you met the pre reg when you where that level.
For your lev 2 rog you would need to picked up at 3rd.

A level one rogue starts with a BAB of 0. He gains a BAB at level 2. Which is why your rogue only slashes once in it's melee attack pattern, then gains another slash at level 2.

You'll be able to select Weapon Finesse as your 3rd level feat.
