I was thinking of making a bow with Holy, Shocking burst, good blast. I know I don't get a tier 3 bonus but was looking for something that would do consistent damage on all hits (specifically against the recent influx of acid resistent mobs).

I assume I will get the following damage output on a normal hit:
Base Damage+
Holy (2d6)+
Shock (1d6)

On a crit:
Base +
Holy (2d6)+
Shock (1d6)+
Shocking burst (2d10 I think)
Good blast crit (4d6)

On a 20:
Base +
Holy (2d6)+
Shock (1d6)+
Shocking burst (2d10 I think)
Good blast crit (4d6)
Good blast (4d6)

Is this accurate...i hear that some things are buggy. Just want to ensure I understand the damage.

Also willing to consider different arrangements (i.e. Shock/Good Burst/Shocking blast - with Tier 3 advantages).

Your help is much appreciated!

oh boy...

1st. Blast is bugged so don't expect damage from that until it is fixed.

2nd. research lighting bows, you'll find many many swear by it.

holy, elec burst, elec blast or elec, good burst, elect blast. You already know the dice damage.

If you do the later method, it will act like an elect of pure good so you'll do damage to things like vermin, neutral things, etc. while the holy elect blast will not. (i.e. holy doesn't do damage to neutral things.)

Sounded like you already know about the 2 shard 3rd tier crafting.

That would be it in a nutshell.
