Enervation Guard

Has anyone made an Envervation Guard item? How do you like it and how often does it proc? Would you make it again?

I'm curious as well. Thinking of making my 45 HP item for my cleric as an enervation guard item. I would guess the proc rate is similar to that of other double-shard items (like lightning strike, so about 1-3%).
