New to crafting, please help.

I would like to craft an item to improve my haggle skill. I have done the shroud raid once on another toon, so I'm a total noob.

As it stands now I have full ranks, bard haggle, human skill boost, focus chant, luck item, skill focus, negotiator, GH and a +13 haggle ring working for me.

What can I add from crafting and how much could it raise my score? Would the craft item stack with my ring?

you can make a +6 cha skill item (tier1 = +1, tier2 = +2, tier3 = +3, total +6, stacks with ring) and a +9 cha weapon (tier1 = +6, tier2 = +1, tier3 = +2, total +9. the +6 does not stack with normal stat items)

my bard is currently sitting at 73 haggle
