No, I have a character with the Halfling DMs, and Madstone rage prevents it, so I would assume regular rage would too.

Madstone Rage prevents use of dragon marks.. I assume therefore this applies to barbarian rage as well.

Barbarian rage prevents dragonmarks.

The 30 second cooldown on combat expertise also blocks dragonmarks - which should be a bug.

The 30 second cooldown on combat expertise also blocks dragonmarks - which should be a bug.

clicking stance buttons will often put a cool down timer on every castable spell in a characters hotbars, that's the real bug. Losing your dragonmarks and rage rings for a few seconds is minor compared to a cleric hitting defensive fighting for a couple extra points of stay alive juice and then seeing 4 bars go grey.

But my dragonmarks make me a cleric. :(
