I'm thinking of a few things for the last feat.

1. power attack
2. imp crit: slash
3. toughness
4. iron will

What do you all think?

Heavy or light repeater without a doubt.

I wouldn't take iron will personally. Barbs at end game already have a good will save, especially raged. My dwarf barb with the dwarf enhancements can get over 30 will save versus spells.

Why a repeater? I was expecting to get told to buff up my melee side, not add more ranged feats. Also, would this be very useful since I would not have rapid reload???

Crit range of 19-20 --> 17-20 --> 15-20 on a repeater with a barb. At a faster base attack speed then a bow you will have crit effects like puncture go off quite a bit more....infact pretty close to a puncturing rapier with out the risk.

Is it worth having the repeater if I do not have rapid reload?

Should I take rapid reload for speed and accept the -4 to hit?

I don't have rapid reload on my barb, and I find the rate of fire is fine. Then again using the repeater is very situaltional for me, and it comes out mainly when I am soloing, or have to take out mobs at range. You can get away with just a few repeaters: Wounding of Puncturing, Banishing, Holy Burst of Pure Good (with silver bolts), and a crippling/strength sapping/paralysing of puncturing.

Saw this in a ranger thread the other day - repeater keeps your rate of fire up, so you can keep using all those nice feats you sank into ranged combat.

Basically:
1) Manyshot
2) Switch to repeater while manyshot cools down
3) Goto 1

The repeater has better rate of fire than a base bow, and even gets a little boost from rapid shot iirc.

I can see how the on-crit effect are going to be better with a repeater.

What about damage? You have to trade bow strength away to use the repeater. You get +2 to crit range (assumes imp crit and not using the silverbow) and faster firing.

The repeater is for situations when damage doesn't matter, like a monster with 28 constitution and 6,000 hitpoints.

Note that the Great Crossbow could also be considered, since although the rate is low it has a bigger crit range than any other kind of ranged weapon. (I doubt that would make up for the slower firing)
