Positive Line Regeneration

I am thinking of making a GS bracer from the positive line. I am a drow wiz and I am interested in the Wiz 6 from Tier 1 and the regeneration portion of two or three. Does the Regeneration Stack? Meaning can I pick up the 1hp/min and the 1hp/30sec and have them stack? Please help.....Or give me ideas on what to choose....Right now I have 1490sps with a magi scepter and 266 Hp with the minos helm and +6 CON with greater false life......I can't really give enhancements because I will change them in about 16k exp.

Regen doesn't stack.

Why not go with more spell points at tiers 2 and 3?

And if you want a bump to your will save, go wizardry VI (intel skills) first tier, +2 cha skills (+50 sp) 2nd tier, and +3 cha skills (+100 sp) 3rd tier. This will also give you a bonus of +6 wisdom on your item at 2nd tier, along with opening up concordant opposition for a dual shard 3rd tier, if you choose to do so (but probably not worth it unless you run the shroud a ton across a lot of different characters, and probably not even then.)
