If I make a fire absorption weapon at every tier, so 10% 15% 20%, is it just 20% or would it be 45%?
I also heard if you combine all the elements you get something special, for example, tier 1 fire, tier 2 water, tier 3 super shard earth air. Is this true, if so what is the bonus?

That's something I'd also like to know for sure. I do believe they stack, but I can't confirm 100% myself.

It's called "elemental mastery" (guard on an item). It's basically a chance to apply 1d6 damage from each element on a hit (or when you're hit). It's not a great damage source since many monsters will have resistance to (some) elements at high level.
