When i try to file a petition for in game assistance the help window changes to a blank white box after i click the submit button. nothing will happen for several minuts.. if i close the window and go back to view my tickets it shows that i have no open tickets.

I believe this is an Internet Explorer issue. Try contacting tech support at http://support.turbine.com and they will be able to assist you with this matter.
