Community Guides Spotlight

Today I'd like to introduce you to a very special member of our Community team: Clover Luckyleaf (http://forums.ddo.com/member.php?u=91711).

As part of our continued work on expanding the Compendium, Clover has been hard at work with one of our new features - the Gameplay Guides (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Category:Game_Play_Guides) collection! You can now view/create your favorite Community Created guides (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Category:Community_Created_Guides) in this new Compendium section! You can also access Turbine created game guides (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Category:Official_Turbine_Guides) as well. We'll be continuing to move the winners of the 2007 User Created Guide contest into the Compendium as a courtesy service to those winners, as well as guides found in the forum "User Created Guides Index".

There is still room for even more community created guides! Want to get started, but not sure how? You can PM Clover with questions or to ask advice about your Compendium guides!

Be on the look out for more announcements of updates and new features available in the Compendium as we continue to make improvements to it!

This week, we wanted to turn the Community Guides Spotlight to one of the guides that has been imported from the User Guides forum into the Compendium. This is a wonderful resource for those of you who love to gather collectibles! I know what you're thinking. "Did he post six times or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is the DDO forums, the most powerful forums in Eberron, and would make anyone want to blow their head clean off, you've got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya Clover?

This is all I could think of with a name like that, no leprechauns to see here, no lucky charms, no pot of gold-I have a picture in my head of the KK meeting the C_LL and saying this, although I think the KK is all talk.

Nah... we're pretty tame here. Whenever I see a response on the DDO boards that looks really mean.... I just go read some daily penny arcade forums post which mostly consists of posters reciting how many of the 7 deadly sins they can perform on another user's entire family tree. So then the stuff here looks Rainbow Happy Tame. I think the forum mods there only step in once addresses are given and shootings are arranged.
