rosie the jinx

the scoundrels run is a quest out in the newly designed 3 barrel cove (and nice job on that!) while exploring I found the entrance to the scoundrels run, and since I had the quest I went in. After completion I need to speak to rosie the jinx, but I cannot find her anywhere. she is not listed in the compemdium or on the search. Can someone tell me if she is still in the cove?

Recall back to the Salty Wench Tavern. She is just outside, thru the arch and to the left a bit.

All of the quest givers are near the salty wench tavern (easiest way to get there is to talk to Evi Joss in the north east corner of house Deneith). Theres 3 on the upper level, and 4 more on the ground near the boat.
