Ok, for some reason on one of our accounts, Turbine doesn't like our billing options. Card info entered is good, double checked it several times. Tried 3 different cards actually, still getting the same error. One card we tried is even used on 2 of our other DDO accounts, and those were billed just fine.

I've submitted the email to Turbine. But of course, they are only there from 4-8pm Pacific M-F and it's 11am Central Sunday. (Very bad customer support hours, IMHO!)
