Two questions.

One: do the hit points gained from Way of the Patient Tortoise stack? as in lvl 1 is +5 lvl 2 is +10 thus having both would be +15
Two: can the abilitys from harmonious, cure blindness, remove curse etc be used on the monk doing the casting?

2. They can be cast on any target, not just the monk himself
