Communication w/ the Developers

Is there any way to communicate with the Developers? Like a question and answer forum? I don't mean for suggestions; just questions.

I'm just really curious what their long-term plans are concerning the missing races, classes, and prestige classes the 3.5E rules support.

I usually send a PM. Sometimes I get an answer, sometimes I don't.

Erm, I'd think the most obvious place is the Dev discussion forum. Obviously, not all questions get answered, though.
