fire absorbtion tier 1 and 2 question

question 1.does the fire absorbtion stack with firestorm greaves(no need to answer question 2 if the answer is no)

question 2.do tiers 1 and 2 stack to make it 25% fire absorbtion

with my 40 res cloak and the greaves and see how i fare against those fkin bats.

Hey, i just died for the bats my first time and im really shocked! will the fire absorption stack on a weapon? like givin 45% that stacks with firegreaves for a whooping 78%? if so surviving the bats on elite is even possible! i would even roll up a cleric just for that
