I'm confused. If you don't get a free feat respec, then why is the quest still in the game? It gives no xp. And now no feat respec. So it might as well be removed.

I believe you needed to run it once per account per server to unlock dragon marks when it came out. Might that still be true?.

Well for me the quest and feat exchanged worked fine, even on my warforged monk. I did the feat exchange just days after mod 7 was released and it worked fine.

yep sure do this does unlock it for all your characters and still gives you the free feet exchange at least as of last saturday it did.

Nope, all characters get the free feat respec.

Nope Drow and Warforged can still apply...and get the free feat respec token.. at least last I checked

I'm an indecisive guy, and I've used up all my perfect shards. :)

Wrong my drow paladin has it and I get the message I have a free respec coming whenever I log in

I meant you take 100 of those yellow dragon shards and put them the thing-a-ma-bobby of change and out comes a flawed siberys dragon shard, 10 (or maybe 100) of those gives you an imperfect and 10 (or 100) of those gives you a perfect. Tada-free respec.

I tested this. You DO get the respec, but there's one more step.

I did the quest, and didn't get notified of a feat respec. Went to Fred, he didn't give me credit for a feat. Then I logged off and on again. I got the feat exchange message on login, and Fred gave me my feat.

Moral of the story: it works, you just have to log out and back in again before your feat exchange is registered.

This must be a bug. When I did my feat respect I did the quest then ran immediatly to Fred without loging out and it worked fine. I have done this several times too as I am prown to changed favored enemies on my rangers and I have played quite a few.
