Trial account doesnt work

I created a trial account for Dungeons and dragons
I went to login into the game but i keep geting the msg incorrect username or password

Do I need to activate the game? the activation link in the email wasn't enough?

I'm having the same problem and not getting any response from customer service... anyone have any ideas?

If your account wasn't created, you wouldn't have been able to post here. Make sure you're using the same username and password you created during the account setup process. If you're still having an issue logging in, please contact Account Management. Calling or starting a live chat is the fastest way to get it resolved.
