It is 15 ki for stunning blow.
Way of Air makes you get a lot of Ki with super fast attack rate.
A weapon finese monk with a 30+ dex will guarante hits.
If one takes a race with +dex, 30 dex is easy to get.
28+ wisdom can be attainable without the water stance, having base 16 wisdom and two level points into wisdom.
Way of darkness lowers saves by two.
If you can find a wounding weapon, that lowers saves for stunning blow.
When a mob is stunned, your barbarian friend likes that.
