I was offered one with 1 charge/day of Hypnotism last night as end reward. May or may not be new, but sure sounded strange to this TWF basterd-sword wielding fighter.

Docents have long been able to hold clickies of spells like Inflict Minor Wounds and Haste from end rewards. There is nothing new with that.
