I'm sure we're all familiar with the story of Harry at this point and how he was attempting to make the Vale of Twilight a manifest zone of Shavarath. With the release of Module 7, we are able to catch a glimpse at more of the true story behind the actions of the previous 2 modules.
Arraetrikos (Infernal for Harry) and Suulomades (Infernal for Sally) were in a romance forbidden by the laws of Shavarath. Pit Fiends and Horned Devils just cannot be allowed to be together, and despite their power they could not risk defying the Lords of Shavarath. The actions of Module 6 were an attempt by Harry to turn the Vale of Twilight into a home where himself, Sally and their children could live in a fashion they were used to but with fewer restrictions on marriage. Harry was defeated in his attempt by the heroes of Stormreach, which drove Sally and their child Xy'zzy to attempt vengeance upon the city.
(Background: all of this came about because we arbitrarily chose the name Harry for the Pit Fiend last module, and when entering the new raid today it seemed fitting to call the Horned Devil Sally. The rest is purely fictional, but does make for an amusing background story. Edit: We haven't come up with a name for Xy'zzy yet, but hopefully that will follow soon.)
