Can't enter Warder Defense quest

Since the mod 7 download, I've been unable to enter the Warder Defense quest, given by Kalimnal d'Kundarak in the Harbor. I click on the entry to Eyegouger's Basement and get the loading splash screen, but never make it into the instance - it just puts me back at the door, with an error message along the lines of "unavailable at this time". This is on the Khyber server.

Its a known issue, the quest has been closed temporarily while they teach haverdasher how to walk down into the basement.
