Risia not up?

I thought Risia was supposed to be availaible during today's hot fix???????

Dungeons & Dragons Online Game Servers will be brought down on Thursday, June 5th from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) for a hotfix. The Risia preview server will remain up and available during the downtime. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

lol it is probably being patched too as it my not been notiable but it probably had the same problem

It's not that Risia is offline that bugs me its the misinformation albeit probably not on purpose. Don't say this will happen and ten seconds later do the exact opposite. I would be much happier to hear up front the real deal.
