The desert chest, the mephit down udnead side drops it, looks exactly like a bloodstone but diff mods.

I think someone said it drops in the desert? I can't verify that since I haven't got one.

I've never even heard of this. And it's not in the Static Item list either. So, I'd kinda like to what exactly this does.

I guess the devs thought there were too many bloodstones in circulation lol
