Not an Amateur Build. Special Request from a Friend. Stop Reading Now if Raid Loot, Multiple +2 Tomes, and Top Tier items scare you.

Request was to build a Cleric that could Fight and still be an elite trapsmith. Now, I've done this before with a Cleric/Rogue... But We wanted Max Wisdom on this build as well... So Skill Points are Tight. Oh, and we wanted monk in there for AC/Evasion/Feats. Oh, and we wanted 300+ Hit points(got it).... ANd 1500 Spell Points(Missed it by 2! Grrrr.)..... Sheesh.... Not too difficult right?

I am not worried about fighting much, but I see even without finesse a 31 to hit is easy to get.
18 wis and a +3tome to make 40 reachable is important.
AC is important. This build will be for duoing alongside a heavy hitting melee mainly, and able to go along on high end content also.

Drop 2nd toughness and plan for +2 con tome instead. Remove finesse, the +4 isn't needed and further limits weapons.
Use 18 Wis and plan for +3 tome to reach 40 Wis. This breaks 1500 sps also.
Removed finesse and nimble fingers for expertise and dodge. Throwing heavy blade barriers for red named, then using expertise, insight kama, and HV AC boost, seems like a good plan to me(+13 AC 20 seconds at a time).
You forgot your tools! (so drop NF!)
Took monk level later to get better use of skill points.
Considering dropping IMT for Empower.

These are my tweaks due to what I prefer. Not suggestions to make it better. Maybe in 5 months Impaqt I can give it a shot.

I'm used to your Melee Mages so I assumed you wanted to max your To hit :)

I guess your thinking COmbat Expertiese with your Monk Feat at level 8?

I like all the adjustments except that... CE is just gonna be an exercise in Futiltiy trying to keep it turned on.

Thanks guys for the lay out I love this build, Just what I was looking for. Was on the Verg of making a cleric/monk after making a monk/rogue and glad I checked the forums =). Only one thing to add any chance some conc can be added? for some Ki build up if anything gets close to ya.

But a All around great job on this build
