Improved Loot

I don't know if anyone has noticed but seems like the loot and end rewards are better. I was playing my monk and got a lesser acid guard necklace of mage armor with 3 charges, no min lvl. And noticed a +1 resistance cloak also has lesser false life. I also noticed my lesser fire guard outfit and acid guard necklace both did damage when I was hit. This is low lever stuff, but I haven't ran my higher lvl toons yet, but I am sure everything has some extra stuff on them.

So has anyone else seen some new loot?
Also anyone found out where some good monk loot is?
