Warforged Immunities .. Monk Self Heal .. High Saves ..Con ..
The only negative I see is the hit to wisdom.. however I'm sure monks have an enhancement line to help compensate that.
Can't really see where you'd go wrong.

At Best, you have +2 AC over most other monks due to Composite Plating. The hit is -2 to saves, AC, and Special Attack DCs however, so you have no change to AC and just low saves and special attack DC's
At Worst, the Poison and Disease Immunity you recieve from the class is wasted, and later in live you become a native outside not subject to 'person' spells .

A +5 docent with crafting for a +1 alchemical bonus and composite plating bonus will mean a very easily attainable +8 bonus to AC.
Most other monks will be trying to find armored bracers. With the wf -2 to wisdom, that means they will need to find +7 armor bracers (or +4 for halflings from their 2 points from dex and 1 point from size), which are quite rare.
Warforged monks in the meantime will be able to keep that bracer slot open for chaosguardes for another +2, or a total of +10.
If we're talking top end gear, then it would be a comparison of dragonscale armor vs docent of the claw or docent of the flame. The robes have +5 armor bonus compared to the docent's +6, but again the -2 wis balances those out to even.
Elves and halfings will be able to get 2 points more from dex bonuses.
So the way I see it, for most players warforged and halflings will be tied with the highest ac, with a smaller number of halflings having even higher ac.
In all my comparisons here, I have endeavored to leave out excess items that don't serve to develop that comparison. For example, I only brought up the chaosguardes since a monk using the bracer slot for armor bracers loses that potential compared to a warforged already gaining the same armor bonus from a docent and thus having an empty bracer slot.

-2 wisdom is a -1, not -2 to saves. Warforged have enhancement lines for will and fort to more than make up for that.
And you also listed the lesser of their immunities (at least as far as DDO is concerned). Immunity to negative levels, and paralysis (ie. not just "person" spells, but some of the "monster" spells as well) are far more popular. Especially with the new raid in Mod 7.

Actually, it'd be -1 to AC, Will Save, and special attack DCs, assuming you put the same amount of points into wisdom as any non-wf monk. When comparing to a Halfling, you'd have 2 less dex (-1 AC, -1 Ref), 2 less wisdom (-1 AC, -1 Will), 2 more con (+16 HP, +1 Fort) -1 saving throws, and +1 Size (-1 AC, -1 to hit), so a halfling (without dex enhancement) will have 1 more AC then you. Verses Dwarf, you'd have 2 less wisdom (-1 AC, -1 Will), -saving throws verses spells, and no toughness enhancements (-50 HP), but due to plating you'd actually have 1 more AC then dwarves. Compared to a Human, you have -1 Feat, +2 con (+16 HP, +1 Fort), -2 wis (-1 AC, -1 Will), -healing % (since humans have 130% base before items/monk enhancement with human enhancement), and no human adaptability (-1 to 2 stats), Potentially, you have the same AC as the Human

Do not take a body feat! It prevents you from becoming centered so you can't use any of your monk abilities.
Other than that, WF seemed to do fine as monks on Risia. Nice thing is monks get Recovery enhancement line that ups healing, so it would mesh well with healer's friend I guess.
