Dragonmarks

Pretty sure the answer is yes, but just to be clear. Do you have to have a certain favor amount or something to create a character with a dragonmark? Or do you not pick them at creation? I've tried making one and they're not listed on my feat selection, even when I click to show unavailable feats.

Go find and do the quest for Lockina in the Harbor (next to the AH and mailbox). That will unlock dragonmarks for your account. You'll get a free respec for that character, and you will be able to take the feat at creation as well.
