Hello,
I'd like to know if anyone has an idea about the highest DC (reflex) for a spell (let say the pit fiend DBfireball - elite). Just to know what should be the goal to achieve.

honestly not sure on the DC, but a guildie of mine has a tank with evasion and seemed to do pretty good on normal that is. On elite I am guessing evasion is a must have as even a save will still get you for half damage which would be very substantial.

I don't know specifically what my modifier is off the top of my head, but I can tell you I only fail the save against his fireballs once in a blue moon on normal, with just my basic gear (15 Rogue / 1 Ranger, ~30 Dex, +5 Resistance, Head of Good Hope, Usual Party Buffs). If you're just thinking about spells, that's probably a fair one to look at, but the hardest Reflex saves in the game are probably on elite traps, some of which are positively brutal. You might or might not want to consider those.

Something in the high 20's. Say about 28 or so on normal. Not sure hwo to determine the exact number tho, and it may be even lower than that.

As chain said traps go much much higher than spells as spells have a mathematical limit and traps depend upon how evil the developers are feeling at the moment.

Only spells. I want to know how low can i strech the dex on a dwarf and how high i would need the spelldef line to go.
I know that i'd have a rough time with traps that's not the point of this post.
Thx all for the responses.
