So I bought DDO this afternoon, and after quite a while of patching I'm finally able to play, but because I'm stupid, I don't remember my password (although I'm POSITIVE I've been continually entering in the right one)(and I realize my account is probably locked for a while).

So I went through the whole "I forgot my password, send me an email to save me" ordeal, but I STILL haven't received an email. This happened earlier because I wanted to try the 10 day trial before buying it and it never sent me the email either. I'm wondering if it's because I'm using a hotmail account rather than an email through my ISP. please.someone.help.me.

Thank you! in advance.

Did you check in the Spam section of your mail? If its not there, you may have a typo

Yeah, definitely and I was thinking about maybe I really messed up and I entered in the wrong email (that's something I would do) but then I realized I signed up for my forum account at the same time I signed up for my game account. This is laaaame. Thanks for your help!

password might be case sensitive. I vaguely remember caps lock preventing my password from working. Something to try at least.

call support they can reset it and your email. you will probably need the credit card you used.

You can contact Account Management directly, but you will need to verify information on the account before they are able to do anything. You will need last 4 digits of the credit card on file, billing address, and current email address on file in order for them to assist you with this issue.
