I was playing around with my Monk ( Who is a human) on this server and looking over some of the enhancements, the monk healing bonus ( much like the humans) Might be something worth looking into for Warforged, weather they are going pure monk or not, I have a feeling you could negate the Healing penalty that seems to be the big deter ant from being a warforged, Sure it will cost you some AP. So Warforged get a bonus +2 to con, and -2 to wis and Cha, the Wis is what might hurt a little.. but i don't see it as much due to the fact that Monks get wisdom down the enhancement line, and the con bonus from WF AP line is nice. Also toughness is a class feat for monk couple that with the high Con score of a warforged and you shouldn't be hurting for HP. Another thing that i have noticed in Soloing with my monk, being an all around average build ( to test out some stuff) i spend alot of time incap, that isn't a problem for warforged. You start out immune to Sleep, Paralysis, Disease, nausea, Fatigue, and Exhaustion as well as being sickened, Sure at higher levels that doesn't make a whole ton of difference , but just an observation more then anything. Light Fort is nice to start out with , and the +2 armor bonus will be handy for those make a more brawler type of monk.
Also with being a warfoged you will have the ability to drink both repair and heal pots so what ever you find in a chest will be fine, and i am pretty sure you can over come the healing problems presented by the warforged ( I stated this earlier) . I am sure there will be plenty of argument that Dwarves will the best monk, or even halfling.. but i am planning on going either Warforged or Human.

Just my two copper

* +2 Constitution, -2 Wisdom, -2 Charisma: Warforged are resilient and powerful, but their difficulty in relating to other creatures makes them seem aloof or even hostile.
* Immune to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, disease, nausea, fatigue, exhaustion: As living constructs, warforged have a natural immunity to the sickened condition.
* Stabilized by Repair skill, Repair Damage Spells regenerate, Positive energy healing spells (such as Cure spells) half as effective: Damage dealt to a warforged can be healed by Repair Damage spells and warforged are stabilized by the Repair skill, however, Cure and Heal spells and potions only provide half their normal effect.
* +2 armor bonus and 5% chance arcane spell failure: The Composite Plating used to build a warforged takes the place of armor or robes and interferes slightly with spell casting.
* Light Fortification: There is a 25% chance that when a critical hit or sneak attack is scored, it is negated and damage is rolled normally.

Why? Warforged monks get full benefit from repair spells.

Maybe they should look into boosting the benefit from repair spells for other races. They're the ones losing out.

Yeah, but with the enhancements, monks will get full benefits from divine and arcane healing. This means your warforged monk can get the maximum use out of his fleshling slave...I mean cleric. :D
