wrong minimum level on item.

Is there anything that can be done to items with the incorrect minimum level requirement?

I have a health belt - con+5, rr halfling, umd 20, ml 13

plain +5 con belts are ml 11. Race restricted ones should be 2 levels lower (ml 9). Something is clearly wrong here. I bug reported it, but was wondering if anyone else had something like this and got it fixed?

They dont get fixed, they're jsut Broken Items... Its good to bug report it though so the devs can find where the problems are in the Loot tables.

Had mine fixed a longtime ago and I got a wand of PK for some reason????
