Congratulations! Maybe you could post a table with how much your items cost vs. how much they usually cost. Compare things like Cure Serious Pots, Rez scrolls, etc.

I thought i had read that they capped the value of Haggle...I THOUGHT it was in the 50s(56 is what I heard). Once you reached that point the cost of items could be purchased and sold for the same price. They capped it to keep hagglebots from buying an item for 10gp and selling it to the same broker for 11gp.
BTW, can you give a breakdown of your haggle, Attribute mod+skill+item+ so on and so on...

Its more impressive to have the comparisons right in front of you instead of having to do it myself.

You know, that's called laziness. Don't try to put another word on it.

Wow, Borror0, are you in one of them moods today?
But still yeah, I see what you mean. However, if the stats were posted, it could help those who are bringing up bards know how to get their score to that point. Not just what the haggle does.
edited to fix spelling, sorry.

Someone who asks others to do the job or them, makes me sick. As simple as that.
I've given him a table for him to calculate how much it'd give. What does he want more?! Does he want me to feed him so his arms don't get too tired lifting the silverware? I mean... c'mon... It's like a guy I met in-game once (he was capped):
Him: Can I get a Remove Curse and Remove Disease?
Me: You know there are potionsof those, right?
Him: Yeah, but the cleric can take care of that, can he?
Me: No, he can't. [Cleric's name], I forbid you to remove his mummy's rot. Let him die, we'll raise him at the next shrine.
Others are not there to satisfy your desires. If you want it that bad, then you should do it yourself.
No reasons for others to do it for you when you can.
no there's no cap, at least not yet
There shouldn't. The point where you're making money of buying/selling stuff is 120ish.

borroro, if someone posts an achievement it is only expectant that they include the process of how it was accomplished. It has nothing to do with laziness of the reader. It someone makes a claim I feel it is their job to illustrate how it was aquired not the reader's job to try and scrutinize it. make a claim, show how you did it and more people will believe it and can learn from it. unless of coarse its. just a braggin post with no legitimate reference as to how they did it. just a suggestion, btw, i do believe the op since i have a bard that can achieve 60's in haggle without even really trying to max it out. just simply putting points into it when i could and a +15 item.
great job to the op.

You're getting it all wrong dude.
The breakdown to reach 80 Haggle, I'm all for it. KinglyMage should post it.
The guy was asking what various tiems like CSW potion or a Raise Dead scroll costed with 80 Haggle. That's lazy, he can do it himself.

/beats back Borr with a rolled up newspaper
Don't mind him, hydra, he's usually quite pleasant. Obviously someone tinkled in his wheaties this morning.
Without using a calculator, 80ish haggle will give you:
- Potions of cure serious/haste/rage/repair serious around 5100pp per stack of 100
- Scrolls such as heal/MCMW/GH just under 12,000pp per stack of 100
- Cure Serious wands for around 750pp apiece

yeah stuff only gets so cheap i believe BUT you never cap how much you can sell say weapons to the house d vendor form what ive seen and my bard is almost at 70 haggle ( granted it aint 80 but i hate my bard with a passion) i need to make the 2 shroud items but cant really bring myself too. 75 is the more realistic number though. cnat always expect to have another bard and house d pots every tieme ya sell, whereas 75 is there if you have the right items every time you want it. but i am glad im not as crazy as i thought now that i know other people try to get their haggles this high too. /bow to your 80 :)

If theres a haggle cap for buying items, i have yet to reach it at 73 haggle. Heal scrolls are roughly 40gp less (each) than at 70 haggle.

I would have called it, 'curious but not quite interested enough to waste time doing the math, if someone can post it great. if not, meh'.
Maybe you should have another cup of coffee. :D

That will happen at 126 Haggle, they have time to cap it until then.

To me, if you're curious enough to ask... I find it yourself.
Matter of perspective I guess.

Hi Im new and trying to understand the benefit of haggle.
Someone in a group today told me that if you had a toon with 10 haggle and a charisma of 10.
Then another toon with a haggle of 10 but a charisma of 18, that the toon with the higher charisma would get a better deal?
Is this true?
And yes I'm taking into account the +haggle from the 18 charisma in this example.
I Personally would love to see a table so I can decide if its worth it to put points into haggle on characters with not many points to spend and bad charismas.
Thanks

If I understand it right, no it's not.
You get equal benefit from equal Haggle score.
Having 10 ranks into Haggle, but have a Charisma of 10 (+0) is equal to having 6 rank into Haggle but having a Charisma of 18 (+4).
I Personally would love to see a table so I can decide if its worth it to put points into haggle on characters with not many points to spend and bad charismas.

What matters is your total haggle, not your charisma. Lots of items/enhancements/feats can make up for a poor charisma, though for the most part haggle is hardly a worthwhile skill for the skill-point-poor classes.
You can find such a table in the DDO wiki page (do a google search for DDOwiki, look under haggle in the skills section). I forget the exact numbers, but a 40 haggle gives you the ability to buy items for about base price from vendors. At 75haggle, my bard can buy heal scrolls for 1211gp each (Their base price is 1650gp).
If you REALLY want to take advantage of haggle, you should probably build a haggle-bard. Even a combat-specced bard can reach 50+ haggle, and then just mail any item worth more than 32k to that character to sell to a broker. Thats what I did with my bard "Audit", and I dont regret it.
