Why wouldnt Haggle affect your repair price?

Hey this kinda surprised me.
I just purchused a +10 Haggle Helmet for my ranger,
I figured it will easily pay for itself considering all the
CMW that he buys but then I noticed that if I put it
on when I go in to get my equipment repaired it does
not affect the price.

Doesnt that seem odd that you wouldnt be able to
get a better price on repairs with a higher Haggle???

Ya know, this never occured to me, but it absolutly should affect repair costs.

it used to i think.... cause I reember it going lower with my high haggle bard.
