It is not all about the Build

I see a lot of players obsessed about their build...is it good enough... is it the right way to go...Will this build make me the best?..

I am here to tell you it is not all about the build..It has a lot to do with the player..

Example..

My bard though it is a good build, He is not very good... He is ok. well because Bards are useful, But I know A lot better bards out there... Why?... Well I just don't play My bard as well as others..

My Fighter, Is also a Good build... And he does well but there are better fighters out there, mostly because of me..not the Build..

My wizard Is a good build...and I play him well... but there are a few better out there..not because of their build..but because they play them better..

Now my Rogue.. There are Much better Builds out there.. But I consider myself one of the Top Rogues on my Server *From my experience from playing with other Rogues on the server..I am sure I have not played with them all*.. I am just a Really good Rogue player.. It is My first Character.. Did not re roll him when I got 32 point build, I played him by far more then any of my others..

So in Conclusion..

I am here to tell you Play a Character you enjoy to play..and you will notice all most no matter what the Build you will become really good with the character.

I strive to make a good build, but not because I want to be the best player, or have the most uber build, but because I enjoy trying to better myself and my choices. I have no issues with other people being better than either (not that the OP is saying anything about that). The only thing I hate is having my "build" belittled because someone else wouldn't go that way. When I made a ranged cleric in beta, I got so much flak for that, now I see people saying, yeah I have a cleric that uses ranged weapons, I love it. People, mine isn't perfect, but it as one of the first and u gave me s**t then, why do you all of the sudden love it now?
