Could this be an exploit? It's scary

I sneak up to a crypt and a skellie comes out of the ground but does not see me.
I jump out and yell 'BOOO' and he runs away scared instead of shooting me.

Is sneaking up on a skellie and scaring him an exploit?

No, that isn't an exploit. However, you have clearly used the "kitty method" to "bug" one of your fellow forum posters. That is clearly an exploit. See how inactive ccheath's become staring at that picture. The "kitty method" is definately not allowed... <g>
