Inactive Account

I have two accounts. One is active and one is not. I noticed this weekend that the inactive one was showing active. I thought it was a free weekend to try to get people to return or something. I tried to log onto a character and it worked. Then later the account wasn't active again. It has been this way all week. One time when I log on it's active and the next time it's not. I checked my account status and it's still showing suspended. Is this a known issue?

I would recommend that you contact Account Management directly so they can look in to your issue. This is not normal behavior.
