Deflect Arrows?

Will monks be sporting the deflect arrows feat? I just want to clear something up, and because I couldn't find any definite answers I thought I'd ask myself.

If they will get this feat, does anyone know what level they will get it at?

Can't remember the lvl you get that, 8? maybe, I do remember you needing a certain dex score to get it though.

I think it would be cool to add this feat, not sure if they did or not.

Bonus Feat: At 1st level, a monk may select either Improved Grapple or Stunning Fist as a bonus feat. At 2nd level, she may select either Combat Reflexes or Deflect Arrows as a bonus feat. At 6th level, she may select either Improved Disarm or Improved Trip as a bonus feat. A monk need not have any of the prerequisites normally required for these feats to select them.
