they are in the rusty nail tavern (near STK).

in fact, everything that use to be in the big tent, is now in the tavern, which makes things so much easier.

I agree ... running up those pathways was always a pain when buying arrows or lowbie arcane stuffs. And now I can get tavern regeneration and resets on clickies, etc while shopping!!! :D
