I know this is some early thinking... But are we gonna go to Epic levels?

Just wondering, even though that is thinking WAY far ahead. I want my ranger to insta kill when I successfully hit one of my favorite enemies. It's gonna be awesome. :)

It's planned for mod 10, which by current development schedules should be released in November 2022.

Current planning has level 20 by this year's end and Epic levels coming in '09 according to Kate Paiz at the Connect 08 event.

One thing I always hated about epic levels is the way bab is not equal for multiclasses that may take the fighter and caster classes in opposite orders. It would be especially unfair in DDO, since it would have been crazy to plan characters you made when lvl 10 was cap for possibility of epic levels 2 years later. Hope they either make it so bab will end up the same or allow some sort of redo.

BAB isn't equal for fighter vs non-fighter because non-fighters don't fight as well, pure and simple. Melee combat IS the pervue of the fighter type classes after all, all other classes tend to have melee combat as a secondary or tertiary ability due to spells, special abilities and so on.
