I changed my account to the anny special and now the billing server says my plan is the old $77.70. They refuse to change it and give me a credit? What gives?

If your account was suspended due to payment failure, you must meet the obligations of your last billing plan before you can begin a new one. That is likely what is happening.

However, if you needed an answer on your account specifically, you would need to contact account management directly.

No I am saying I changed my account from regular 6month billing to anniversary special 6 month billing and got billed for the regular price. My direct response was

"Thank you for your inquiry. We do not show you ever signed up for the Anniversary promotional price. Unfortuantely, this offer has expired, and we are unable to apply it to your account."

So now after paying 6 months at a time since the game came out I'm stuck paying $36 more a year forever? Because something didn't work right on your billing server.

If the billing system has no record of you making a change to your price plan, they would be unable to apply that plan manually.
