I still don't understand the extent of the Problem...

Some posts seem to indicate that only a couple of raids are broken, while at least one thread indicated that no quest of level 6 or higher was working.

Can someone please clearly list the extent of the current problem, so I can know what (if anything) to play before the downtime tonight?

It seems Any Mob that Switch betwen a Invulnerable state tor a Vulnerable state isnt actually switching to that Vulnerable state.

THis makes any triggered mob Invulnerable. (THe Crystals starting in P2 of the shroud may be inanamate objects... But they are still COnsidered mobs)

Apparently Reaver's Fate works, and might be easier than it should be, as Air Elementals are less aggressive.
