I didn't think 4-20 had anything to do with ham. I'm guessing people who 'celebrate' 4-20 are more likely to consume spam than ham.

Just my guess, but this is a nod to an old Merlask video as well, where Tasty Ham was an epidemic in Stormreach and considered a drug. I dunno if it's still on YouTube or not, though.
